Dirty, unorganized, and rude staff and management. Last visit appeared as though they were in the midst of resetting shelving and displays. The management was still less than friendly. Not sure how this place can improve but something needs to be done. Customers would rather not have employees complaining about things on the floor, or directing the issues to the customer -- like as if we can fix the problem. Most I'll do is let upper management know about their employees complaint. Nothing more.
